ABOUT HASKELL ARTWORK
THE ARTIST
Haskell doesn’t just take photographs. He authors visual essays in shadow and shape. His work has been exhibited from the Smithsonian to Camera Obscura, and from the lobbies of international hotels to the walls of private collectors and cultural institutions like Posner Fine Art and Palas Contemporary. His images flirt with narrative, toy with composition, and never settle for being pretty. Based in Niagara, Haskell continues to produce work that is as unapologetic as it is unforgettable.
EXHIBITIONS
Haskell’s work is currently on exhibit at select venues, including AMO Estate Winery in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Chef McLeod’s Bolete in St. Catharines, and the American favourite, 335 on the Ridge in Ridgeway. Each location showcases a selection of curated pieces in spaces as thoughtfully designed as the work itself.
